The 34-year-old recently visited Italy and hit the Techno gym to get a good stretch, and was seen acing a glute spread with the help of the machine Flexability Posterior. He captioned the stunt as “Some say big men can’t stretch, I beg to differ.”

Unlike many, for the Game of Thrones star not working out is a big task. He loves to lift weights and his recent injury didn’t let him reach his full potential in the gym. But post his surgery, Bjornsson has finally been improving.

Miss the feeling of moving these weights but I’m feeling relaxed and happy to take on the challenge ahead,” he wrote in one of his posts.  His positive attitude has kept him going despite the pain due to injury and surgery. The strongman is not new to such gym stunts. Earlier, he partnered with Matt Morsia, a Youtuber, for an exciting challenge.

The Mountain’s fitness challenge

One part of the challenge between Thor and Morsia was to lift each other and perform squats. For the Mountain, who doesn’t hurt himself while lifting weights, this was child’s play.
