In less than a day, the community commented on the post, gathering 30.7k likes. However, a certain group of fans expressed their concern about Wahlberg’s influence regarding his 4 am ideology on others.“Why does it have to be 4 am? Just get a normal amount of sleep and then train,” a fan questioned, whereas another asserted that 6 hours of sleep is not all efficient for recovery, particularly for adults who train regularly. “I’m tired of on 6 hours sleep but feel and perform amazing on 8,” the comment added.

Another fan considered the training fair only if he gets enough sleep, “But damn if he’s not getting enough sleep then it makes getting up at this time kind of pointless and eventually a bit unhealthy,” they wrote. Similarly, a comment speculated the entire routine to get a healthy amount of sleep by writing, “getting up at 3 am means you need to be in bed at 7 pm.”The comment also mocked Wahlberg, suggesting that using sleep deprivation as a means to demonstrate one’s “hardcore” status is not a valid approach.
