This powerlifter is familiar to the entire bodybuilding community. After breaking world records, he became a concrete name in the powerlifting and weightlifting community, and he further ventured into wrestling. He holds the world record for the 242-pound weight class by totaling 2,171 pounds. However, even the best of the best have hurdles to cross. The champion recently went through surgery and was in his recovery stage. While recovering, there was another setback. He had a bicep tear while working out for his next powerlifting competition.

But winners never give up and similarly, Larry Wheels got back up to show that he could achieve the best, even when his body was not in perfect condition. His latest Instagram reel was proof of his demigod-like power.

Larry Wheels does the impossible

In a recent Instagram reel, the powerlifter and record breaker was bench-pressing extremely massive weights on both hands. He had a secure spotter and all precautions in place while lifting the 250-lb dumbbell press. A surgery and even a bicep tear could not stop him from lifting heavy weights in the gym.

Larry captioned the post saying, ?250lb dumbell incline press.? He also gave a shout-out to Team Personal Record since he was using the knee wraps from that particular company. He also tagged Onegen Gym in the reel to show his support. Fans in the comments were convinced that Larry Wheel was not human.?

The 28-year-old has shocked fans before as well. He did not give up even after having been diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis. He battled this near-death health condition, and even a bicep tear to become one of the best powerlifters in the world.?

Wheels?received a lot of comfort and help from the bodybuilding world and his fans. The man who wanted to get out of an undisciplined life in his hometown succeeded in powerlifting despite the setbacks. Still recovering from the disease that causes damaged muscle tissues to release their proteins out into the bloodstream, he is lucky to be out of danger.

He also previously gave an Instagram story that he was doing bicep curls. The athlete added that this exercise is also a good accessory for arm wrestling. Wheels wrote, ?85LB CONCENTRATION CURLS. GREAT ACCESSORY FOR ARM WRESTLING. THIS WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR DEFENSIVE HOOK.?

He also completed the rep with his left arm had a torn bicep and wrote,?He wrote,??AND NOW WITH THE BROKEN BICEP IT?S SLIGHTLY WEAKER. HARDLY NOTICEABLE.?
