Arnold’s professionalism and method acting
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s portrayal of the Terminator was a masterclass in stoic determination and relentless pursuit. As an emotionless cyborg programmed to eliminate Sarah Connor, forming connections with his targets was entirely antithetical to his character’s mission. As revealed by?IMDB in The Terminator Trivia, Schwarzenegger avoided Hamilton and Biehn during the making of the movie as well to remain in character.

Employing elements of method acting, he immersed himself in the character’s cold and calculating mindset throughout the filming process.?“Arnold Schwarzenegger tried to avoid Linda Hamilton and Michael Biehn as much as possible since the Terminator was trying to kill them, not form connections,”?IMDB wrote.
By keeping a physical and emotional distance from his co-stars, he enhanced the sense of danger and the genuine fear experienced by Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese. This approach contributed to the overall believability of their performances. ‘The Terminator still serves as a nickname for Schwarzenegger due to his iconic role in the movie. But what most of you will be surprised to know is that Terminator is not really Schwarzenegger’s highest-paid film.
Which movie earned Schwarzenegger the heftiest paycheck?
Arnold Schwarzenegger possesses a keen eye for recognizing unique and intriguing cinematic opportunities. Realizing the potential for comedic gold in the concept of “Twins,” Schwarzenegger approached Ivan Reitman, the director of the film, with the idea of casting Danny DeVito as his on-screen twin. ?The movie went through the roof internationally and domestically. I think we all made more money on that movie than on anything we?ve ever done, even though I had salaries of $30 million dollars on some movies? This was the biggest payday because we owned a percentage of EVERYTHING. TV rights, cable rights, merchandising? We owned that money and made a fortune,??said Arnold.
