Dr. Mike Israetel has called out many bodybuilders in the past. However, this time he raises his voice to question why Mike O’Hearn is not using all his capacities and capabilities while training. According to the expert, O’Hearn is not doing his best at intensive training. Israetel is also seen giving him a mediocre score regarding his fitness regime.

The four-times Mr. Universe, Mike O’Hearn claims to be natty with a humongous physique. Because he had also claimed his adherence to reading much about fitness and bodybuilding, his techniques are more or less always accepted. However, recently Dr. Mike Israetel accused him of not doing enough weights.

Mike O’Hearn’s lacking fitness regime

In one of his latest videos, O’Hearn was featured by Dr. Mike Israetel where the latter talked about how the Gladiator Titan needs to lift his fitness routine by doing more intense weightlifting. He stated, “I can tell you that you’re probably not doing a lot of weight with regard to your ability.” The Exercise Scientist further explained that with the experience Mike O’Hearn has, he should be having a better portrayal of force.

Furthermore, he also went on to say that if however, O’Hearn has a high range of reps with the exercises or a great grip he can still understand the point of it. Dr. Mike Israetel then graded him. He stated, “I give him a grade of 7 out of 10. Not bad that’s, see that’s passing work.” He also proceeded to add, “he could get his scores up with some improved technique and harder training.”

Although Israetel has his own opinion on the matter, Mike O’Hearn had previously reflected how much he loves high-intensity workout sessions.

Mike O’Hearn’s love for high-intensity training 

The 54-year-old bodybuilder, who has been able to keep his ever-youthful features intact, once did a squat of 400 lbs. In the caption of his post, he wrote, “450 lbs with slant boards 20° & a pause on a 12 Inch box & lifting shoes for more range.” To which he further added how much he enjoys doing these high-intensity workouts. He stated, “I freaking love this stuff.”
