Vladislava Galagan recently took to her official Instagram account and shared a video of herself doing a session of stretching with the NYC founder of the Mindful Somatics. In the video, Galagan was seen trying to match up to the level of flexibility of her trainer. Even though she was successful in the postures, the difficulty she faced was pretty evident in the video.

Pointing out the importance of having a good session of stretching before working out, the Russian fitness model wrote in the caption, “Working on my flexibility with @chala.moves. I must say it’s incredibly hard, but still, I do not neglect the importance of stretching. It takes me a while to bounce back.”
With her intense workouts that put her body through a lot, Galagan even managed to injure herself. Still in the process of recovery, she completely changed her regime, and here’s why.

Vladislava Galagan once shed light on how her fitness regime changed drastically after her injury. Initially, she used to train her legs twice a week, but that led to her getting a bad leg injury. To be careful during her recovery process, her coach got her to alter her workout plan. The new workout, as the model mentioned, was a bit lighter.

Galagan said, “So instead of two heavy pieces of training, I have one light and the other one is a hard one.” She even mentioned that it makes her feel happy because of its energy-demanding aspects.
