Hunter Labrada is a strong contender in this year?s?Mr. Olympia. Labrada has already succeeded in turning heads in the bodybuilding world with his performance in Tampa Pro 2023, where he was the winner. The footballer turned bodybuilder, and son of IFBB Hall of Fame member Lee Labrada has always been a strong athlete since his debut in 2016 through NPC. Even though he faced some ups and downs in his top ten placement at the previous Mr. Olympia, this time, Hunter was ready to face the challenge with better conditioning.

However, Milos Sarcev had constructive criticism for Labrada?s posing strategy. He compared it to his father’s, in the new episode of ‘Cutler Cast’. While discussing Hunter?s conditioning, the conversation went to posing, and Milos shared his thoughts.

Milos Sarcev was speaking about posing and transitions when the IFBB coach admitted how he criticizes people, about perfect posing. This is when he addressed Mr. Universe 1985 winner Lee Labrada, who was known for his amazing poses, and talked about his son. Sarcev started by saying, ?Hunter Labrada who is the son of the greatest poser you know, ever.? He continued, ?Lee Labrada did not have a microsecond on stage that was not calculated, angled perfectly like facial expression.?

So according to Milos, the art of posing on stage is crucial because all the muscle striations and overall symmetry are visible with correct posing. He also emphasized the importance of the transition between two poses which, according to him, Hunter lacks: ?Hunter still he has a good sense of posing but still, this pose, and that pose; and doesn?t connect it perfectly.? Sarcev emphasized, ?You have to shine there is not a minute, a second that you should lose.?

Sarcev was?hosting a podcast on his own YouTube channel with former Mr. O Jay Cutler and Matt Daniels. They were discussing the 2007 Olympia controversy, and Milos put his unconventional view forward. The former Mr. Universe felt that the main goal of any bodybuilder is to show his physique in the best possible way, and not the number of poses they do. He believes that the judges should give proper points to bodybuilders for their symmetry, and not for the number of poses they strike.

?Judge is supposed to judge the physique and if it is only 5 poses and he looks magnificent and they think that this is enough to convince them then it?s okay,? he said on the video. Cutler counteracted with another question:??So who are you faulting, the organizations? decision or how the judges are judging it??
