Tom Enoch, a fitness coach based in Leamington Spa, ventured into the realm of fitness with a singular goal in mind: to secure his livelihood. His journey began when he landed a job at the Circus, and from that point forward, the world has witnessed the remarkable story that has unfolded.
Tom Enoch etched his name in the Guinness World Records

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Tom Enoch started imparting his fitness knowledge to the community and created an online fitness class called TomFit, where the qualified fitness coach came online several times a week for training. Well, he did become famous in the fitness community, but to think of such a huge achievement was beyond him.
Tom Enoch became a prey of Down’s Syndrome disease, but despite that, he wanted to make something huge out of himself so he gave his name to the Guinness World Records latest edition with 30,000 more applicants, and well, that was the biggest turning point in his professional career.

The 18 YO managed to achieve a record for most push-up burpees in one minute and also completed a record-breaking 25 squats in 30 seconds to feature. He also has exceptional juggling skills, which he credited his Circus job to, and has earned his name for that as well.
Tom Enoch’s knack for juggling
At the age of 15, Tom Enoch even accomplished three records for the highest number of catches completed by an individual in one minute and he used five, six, and seven objects to complete the juggles. He had been learning how to juggle as a 7 YO kid and by 8 years had already mastered it, and no one could beat him.

Well, he created discomfort in the process of training in order to get better. In order to achieve the records, he usually trained under low ceilings, which also helped him to limit the amount of time the objects stayed in the air, helping him get better at it.
