The podcast was named Chris Bumstead – The Mindset & Motivation Secrets Of 4X Mr Olympia (4K) | Modern Wisdom 652. Moreover, Chris Williamson posts a video captioning, “Chris Bumstead’s Hack To Get 1 inch Taller.” Thus, they commence talking about a story, wherein as Williamson quotes, “There is a story that you bought an inversion table so that you could make yourself a quarter of an inch taller so that you can get an extra 10 pounds weight limit. Is it true?”

Herein, CBum replies with utmost generosity, “Yeah, I tried to. It came as a 100-page pamphlet and 500 instructions to put it together and I never put it together.” Chris Bumstead already is 6 ‘1 and wanted to get one inch taller in his category.

CBum tells his fans and followers that at one point in his life, he used to go to a chiropractor by quoting, “I went to the chiropractor consistently, and they have a machine that stretches your spine. That just pulls you.” However, Williamson says, “Is not just a medieval rack. Is that not a torture thing, it looks like you’ve got a peasant with one of those floppy caps.” In the middle of the conversation, they both become quite sarcastic about the machine and the methods Bumstead used to get 1 inch taller.

Chris Bumstead hacks on getting taller

Chris Bumstead agrees that he did try working out on that machine for a while by quoting, “I did that thing for a while, I am just over 6′ 1, so I have to be a full inch to be over 6 ‘2.” Furthermore, he added, “I decided that I would not do it but I also don’t want to shrink, so tried a few things. Like I hang from the bars all the time to elongate my spine.” Though every bodybuilder wants to be taller, and huge, earlier in the Men’s Classic Physique division in the IFBB Pro the bodybuilder above 6 ‘1 has the upper hand.
