The 25-year-old inherited his father’s bodybuilding genetics. Baena is as passionate as his father for pumping iron and recently posted his ripped physique, stunning the online fitness world.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s bodybuilding career outshines all of his other achievements. Arnie’s ripped physique posters have inspired fitness enthusiasts to lift weights for several decades. His bodybuilding aura motivated many icons to choose the sport as a profession. However, Arnie’s youngest son had to learn his bodybuilding lessons much later in life. 

Joseph Baena was a chubby kid before he decided to lift weights. Arnold Schwarzenegger gave his son the Encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding to ignite Baena’s passion for bodybuilding. When Arnie suggested to “Do your research, study it,” the young man “took that to heart” and became the Austrian Oak’s bodybuilding heir. 

In his latest post, Baena shared a carousel of his ripped body in black shorts. “It’s the last day of summer. As we’re going onto the 4th quarter of 2023, I encourage you to look back at the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year,” Baena captioned it. Hitting poses like a professional bodybuilder in the three pictures, the 25-year-old left the bodybuilding community jaw-dropped.

Fans react to the 25-year-old’s muscle gains

The bodybuilding enthusiasts cannot deny the resemblance of the young bodybuilder with his legendary dad. A highly impressed fan demanded, “This deserves to be carved in marble.” While another declared, “Arnold’s best creation.” “The next Hercules for sure,” a follower made a prophecy after witnessing Baena’s shredded abs.

“Ancient Greek God era,” wrote an honest fan. A die-hard follower stated, “Joe, you heritage your dad chest!!! Awesome.” Fans were aware of Baena’s consistent weightlifting routine at the gym and credited his hard work for his muscle gains.
