The YouTuber didn’t fall under the fitness radar early in life. Saffari faced body image issues and confessed to wearing baggy clothes as she hated her skinny self. At 20, Saffari survived on the fast food menu for days. “I remember, like, a McDonald’s little burger, like, off the dollar menu, and a large Coke would be my meal for the day,” the 22-year-old revealed.

“Like, my mental health just was so… It was crappy,” the young fitness influencer confessed. But Saffari desired to live better and changed her course of action. “It was just, like, a switch. I was tired of spending literally every hour in bed. And I was like, you know what? Like, I have nothing better to do. Might as well hit the gym,” thought Saffari and soon started training with weights.

She focused on her holistic muscle development by inculcating protein foods in her diet while training, and at 22, her shredded physique is a matter of envy for both men and women. “I’m gonna eat, like, half a piece of salmon. And I was like, anything is better than, like, a McDonald’s burger at this point,” the fitness influencer realized. Saffari, who transformed her life in just a few months, has simple advice for young men and women.
