Age, height, gender, or anything else does not matter when it comes to?bodybuilding and people have been proving this time and time again. Take 4x Arnold Classic winner, Flex Wheeler, for example, even after his amputation, he is still going strong in the gym. Just like the icon, there are many other inspirations who, despite all odds, do not give up. One such bodybuilder is Sam, who is breaking all odds and showing the world what he can do.

In a recent upload by @gymgainzz, Sam is seen doing a heavy workout, and the video shows his prowess.

Sam defies all physical hurdles to achieve his dream

The bodybuilder has a condition known as skeletal dysplasia due to which he is 134cm tall as an adult. Due to this condition, Sam?s limbs are shorter than the average person’s but his zeal is larger than any Hulk-like athlete. Sam does not let his physical aspects stop him from bodybuilding.

The video shows his prowess as the voiceover goes on to say,??This guy is playing with five plates like it’s nothing. This is Sam and he is 134 centimeters, but that doesn’t stop him from lifting really heavy weights.??The video also mentions the weight he is lifting and says,??He is squatting 500 pounds and his body weight is 116 pounds.?

The video is a compilation of different scenarios where Sam is lifting weights. In one clip he is benching 365 pounds and in another, he is repping twice his body weight like it’s nothing. His strength is baffling. Just like Sam, another amazing bodybuilder who has Down syndrome did not back down because of his special circumstances.

Kyle Landi?s hard work pays off

He has Down syndrome, which is a genetic condition caused by different?forms of cell division and might cause certain special abilities in children. This did not stop Kyle from bodybuilding or achieving his dreams.

Kyle got an invitation from Arnold Sports to make his international debut as a bodybuilder on stage. As evident from his Instagram post, he looked confident and showed off his lats and back muscles. He captioned the post, ?Working to be my best,? which proves his possibility to attend Arnold Classic and start the glorious journey to his goal.
