During his early days, GOAT bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman set the bodybuilding standards with his intense and long training hours. Coleman is a winner of 26 IFBB professional titles, and among them is the title of Mr. Olympia for eight consecutive years. However, achieving this incredible feat was not a piece of cake. This demanded rigorous and harsh training cycles throughout his career. At times obsessed with his passion, Ronnie admitted that he had made mistakes that eventually took a toll on his body. Even after going through several surgeries, the intensive training has left him on crutches

A recent video from his past resurfaced on Instagram, where he was seen walking on the treadmill. The video was taken before everything went downhill. ‘The King’ definitely regretted his decisions but before it happened, he was living a fulfilling life.

Coleman faced surgeries and needs to walk with crutches

The glory days were slowly getting over, and as Ronnie started aging, he regretted his past decisions. He said that he regretted using steroids and did not know the healthy nutrients from food could help more. He explained, “I had no idea you could put on so much quality muscle from eating food.”

Now the iconic bodybuilder needs crutches to walk at 58 years old. He had 13 surgeries since 2007, and due to multiple surgeries on his spine, he has lost most of his mobility and needs the help of crutches to walk.
