Bodybuilding and gaining muscles is an extremely powerful sport, and anyone in that line is almost invincible with their willpower and determination. Legends like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jay Cutler have achieved their glory in this industry as well. However, like any other industry, this world also has its darkness. While there are young bodybuilders coming up every day, there are risks of using steroids in an unhealthy amount, which remains a concern. The bodybuilding world has already lost young legends like Jo Lindner, and the bodybuilding world is always fearing for the young athletes? lives.
Athlean X owner Jeff Cavaliere, who is an MSPT, CSCS served as the Head Physical Therapist showed concern about Sam Sulek, who is a 21-year-old fitness influencer. He described the good and the bad effects of Sam Sulek?s method of training.

The video was uploaded to ?Athlean X? channel and Jeff Cavaliere was answering fan questions. One fan decided to ask what Cavaliere thought about Sam Sulek, who came into the bodybuilding world for his gymnastic training and diving lessons. Ever since he got into fitness in 2022, he has uploaded his training videos nonstop for all the fans.
Jeff started talking about both the negative and positive sides of how Sam trains to bulk up. He explained that Sam knew what was right for him, and his unconventional approach to training was beneficial for his physique. Jeff narrated that Sam?s lack of plan was beneficial because of his gift of knowing what his body needs at that moment. He also talked about Sam?s use of ego lifting, which was not beneficial for fitness.
So, unlike other people who are more comfortable in a structured approach to training their body, Sam Sulek has a lack of that approach that helps him out according to Jeff. On the other hand, the fitness therapist also talked about the negative side of how he?s training.
?I have very big concerns and this is sort of where I talk about where I echo back to that Jo Lindner who we lost way too young,? expressed Cavaliere. He also showed his paternal side and explained, ?I am not the youngest guy in the world. I could be his father OK? I look at him and I view him as if he?s my son. If he was my son right now, I would be terrified. I do not want to discredit what he?s doing. I never wanna see him, not succeed.? This fear comes from the fact that the 21-year-old athlete is already using PEDs and steroids that might be harmful to his body.?

Sam Sulek is not natty?
Greg Doucette had once commented on a?video posted by Sam Sulek. Sam was eating junk food all day in that video to bulk up. Doucette described that Sam has an unhealthy dietary regime. He said,??He recently released his shocking full day of eating we essentially just eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch, two liters of chocolate milk, two liters of milk! Burgers, fries, donuts, and nothing but junk.?
Doucette was shocked by this because 2 L of milk has 1800 calories. The milk does have 70 g of protein, but the amount of carbs and sugar that contains is higher. Despite trying to bulk up, the approach was too tight and the food that Sam took was not healthy, according to Doucette. Greg also suspected that Sam might not be natty and take PEDs.

Sam is a social media influencer and has a huge fan following of 1M followers only on TikTok and many more on other social media sites. It is his responsibility to be accountable. Following an unplanned approach to fitness might influence others to do the same, but defects in their body will not be similar to Sulek?s.
