Charles White Jr. who is regarded by the name of Kali Muscle in the realms of bodybuilding, has recently acquired over 3.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He not only shares how to pull out the perfect workout on his channel, taking in the right amount of nutrition, but also shares bizarre challenges that he has been doing to undergo a physical transformation.

He takes up fun challenges where he survives on just one food for a month, and his last challenge is having watermelon for 30 days, which brings about some serious consequences. Looks like Kali Muscle has already embarked on another peculiar challenge.

What is Kali Muscle’s new challenge?

Kali Muscle recently took to his official YouTube account @kalimuscle and shared a video of the new challenge that he has taken up to stay fit and share if the challenge is effective or not. He begins the video by saying, “I’m coming for you, boarding a hot challenge”. Kali Muscle has been surviving on no water for the past 35-40 days and finally had water before starting the challenge.

He adds, “I’m about to start Yaki awakens protocol while I’m gonna hook it up, then I’m gonna start it on the fourth.” In the protocol, he will be adding one ounce of loose tea to 26 ounces of spring water and consuming it for the next 15 days. He follows the instructions very carefully, where he is advised to soak the herbs in water for 30 minutes before he turns on the stove then boil it for exactly 2 minutes, and then simmer it for 25 minutes.

Within 15 days of following the protocol of consuming powerful herbs, he shall get onto a fruit diet where he will have mostly watermelon. He says, “I got a ton of them I need to eat and I’ll add in some grapes. I got a lot of grapes and other fruits, mainly watermelon, grapes and avocados. So I’ll be getting my fats guys.” Well, let’s see how this new challenge works for the legendary bodybuilder, given that the watermelon challenge had brought in some serious consequences.

Kali Muscle fainted as a result of the Watermelon challenge

Kali Muscle once shared a snippet of him working out while he was on the only Watermelon challenge. In the videos, he was seen working outdoors on the beach and wrote that he almost died fasting on Watermelon. In the video, he completed 11 smooth reps of pull-ups. He continued working out going for bicep curls after the pull-ups.

However, right after he finished the set of curls, he started losing control. He said, “I did that set felt good and then all of a sudden after that set, my energy started fading, it’s like your life fading away from you and I just got super weak and I was just hunched, slumped over and I was like I need some watermelon.” As he tried to crawl into the shade, he lost his senses and somehow managed to carry himself back to the car, where he finally got back to his senses.
