Bumstead, who dominated the Arnold Classic this year, announced that he was confident that his competitors were going to fight for second place because he was going to be the first in Mr. O. The same confidence was seen in his latest Instagram post, and it was not only from him but also from his future wife.

Several famous bodybuilders commented on the post with bodybuilding legend Jay Cutler also among them. However, the most precious comment was from his wife Courtney King, who is a fellow IFBB pro. Courtney King was confident that her fiance would win this year’s competition and wrote, ?Now only if they saw the posing videos ?.? His wife-to-be who loves to pamper him with delicious pancakes knows that he has the conditioning and hard work that will make him win the Olympia this year.
Bumstead himself was confident about his abilities while attending a panel discussion with Terrick El Guindy, Renato Cariani, and Coach Rubens after Ramon?s victory at the Arnold Classic Ohio 2023.

The 28-year-old bodybuilder was very calm and poised when he gave the verdict of his victory. He said,??I do [believe they are all fighting for second place]. It was Urs and Ramon against each other at the Arnold and I think it?s going to be them battling for it again at the next Olympia..?

He also talked about his biggest competition and rival and said, ?And I just have to beat myself.? So ultimately, Bumstead knew that he had to beat himself, and the main competition was with his previous self.??
