According to O’Hearn, he has been spending over twelve hours a day on the set, with him also having to fight four to five guys in action sequences as well. After spending so much time on set, he was feeling stiff and went to the gym to hit his back. The former powerlifter started with a proper workout.
He did pull-ups to fire up his shoulders and back, then moved to hit his lower abs with the abs rolling machine to focus on his core area. The last exercise he did for his warmup was hyperextension rotation and incline sit-ups with extra stretching using a bench. The former Mr. California highlighted, “I’m not doing a lot because I don’t want to blow my load on this.“
For his back workout, he started with weighted pullups, slowly moving on to three sets of lat pull-downs. But in the second set, the Titan focused on pulling right toward his face, making a specific angle. For the last set of the lat pulldowns, he used the v-grip and performed each rep smoothly. His last exercise was the chest-supported cable pullovers, focusing on lats and giving them a proper shape to match his physique.
