In a YouTube video by Men’s Health, Shameik Moore read out a fan comment, “Man’s looking good. I need his workout routine”. The comment brought a smile to Moore’s face, and with that smile, he replied, “I love to box. I do cross fitness, I do yoga. I have a chef that makes sure that I’m eating healthy”. The voice of Miles Morales had it all covered.
The fan’s comment was from an Instagram post by Shameik Moore, where he was standing bare-bodied at a beach with his green shorts on. He was posing for the camera while looking insanely fit. Although he wasn’t completely jacked, he also didn’t have an ounce of fat visible in his body.
He does CrossFit, which involves high-intensity training, weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, etc. It is an all-around fitness routine that is bound to keep someone in shape and increase strength and endurance. The Spiderman Across the Spiderverse actor possesses just the same lean mass and body composition acquired by CrossFit.
