Arnold Schwarzenegger ran after becoming the best in every arena he ventured into. The 1970s bodybuilding physique of Arnie still inspires bodybuilders at the gym to train harder while the action heroes emulate his high-octane stunts. At 76, the Austrian Oak is motivating youngsters with his new self-help book and fitness newsletter. However, the Terminator icon has been dragged to court lately for one mistake on the streets.

The Governator who always tried to contribute to others’ growth is now facing accusations of hitting a bicyclist due to over speeding, as per TMZ. But Schwarzenegger’s team has yet to comment on it.

Why is Arnold Schwarzenegger facing a lawsuit in his late seventies?

Joanne Flickinger pressed charges on $450 Million rich Schwarzenegger after the latter collided with the bicyclist with his SUV this February while driving on a busy West L.A. Street. The lawsuit has been obtained by TMZ, which reports that Flickinger wants to sue Arnie for his driving skills.

The lawsuit claims Arnie was driving the car “with excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout.” Flickinger also notes that she suffered severe injuries due to the clash. According to nearby spectators, the woman made a sharp turn, and Schwarzenegger had no time to hit the brakes, resulting in a collision.

After the accident in February, the woman cyclist was taken to the hospital for treatment, and Arnie took her cycle to the repair shop by attaching it to his vehicle. The police investigated the case, and there was no report of substance or alcohol. But now after eight months from the incident, reports suggest that Flickinger is determined to sue the 76-year-old at the court. However, this isn’t the first time Schwarzenegger was involved in a car crash.

Last year in January, Schwarzenegger’s vehicle and a few more cars collided. The accident wasn’t fatal except for one every other driver came out safe from the crash, including Arnie. The lady driver of one of the primary cars involved in the accident suffered minor head injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Even though Schwarzenegger was not bruised in both accidents, his fans are worried for his safety. “OMG I saw the picture, and without reading, my heart dropped. I’m glad he is ok, but he must stay away from driving,” opined a concerned fan when the news broke out.
