Nick Walker has emerged as an absolute force in the bodybuilding world. The 28-year-old superstar has already achieved the impressive feat of winning the 2021 IFBB New York Pro and the 2021 Arnold Classic. But even the most dedicated athletes sometimes need a break from their strict routines. Walker is no exception as he also deviates from his strict diet and indulges in a cheat meal from time to time.
The bodybuilding sensation recently made headlines as he opened up about his favorite cheat meal in an interview for the Mutant and The Mouth Youtube Channel. However, Walker’s cheat meal is not quite what you might expect.

Walker said that cheat meals are not a very rare concept as every bodybuilder tends to eat high-calorie food items during the off-season. However, instead of processed junk food like pizza or burgers, Walker prefers a meal that still offers some nutritional value. His cheat meal consists of brown bread, a Caesar salad, and a couple of appetizers like avocado rolls.
“I only eat countless amounts of brown bread”, he told Guy Cisternino, Nick Trigili, and Seth Feroce. “I usually get a Caesar salad because I like it… normally get about 2 to 3 appetizers”, he added.
While it may not be the lavish, high-calorie that many people imagine as a cheat meal, Walker’s choice still provides a satisfying break from his usual diet. This level of discipline is a testament to his dedication and commitment to the sport of bodybuilding. However, the 2022 Mr. Olympia People’s Champion recently made headlines as he was having a cheat meal ahead of his contest.

When Walker’s cheat meal picture created a buzz
Walker left the entire bodybuilding community baffled as he took to Instagram and posted a picture of him eating a muffin. However, what was more bizarre about the act was its timing. Nick Walker was supposed to participate in the Arnold Classic championship in five weeks. “On muffin day I make sure to take my Glycohd,” he wrote in the caption.
However, on competition night, The Mutant looked phenomenal with his shredded physique. Although Walker missed lifting the trophy by a slight margin, his body impressed the fans. However, many would wonder whether it was this one muffin that made the difference.
