Apart from this, the young bodybuilder has also won the 2021 Arnold Classic. This was not only due to his disciplined exercise regime but also his dedication to nutrition and diet. Nick believes in being consistent with his meals and having a balanced diet.

The bodybuilding sensation decided to do ?ask-anything? on Instagram stories. As soon as he gave the status, his fans started pouring in with the questions and queries. For fans trying to emulate his physique, the question about his diet would be a natural one. And that’s exactly what Walker lent an insight to, in the AMA session.

Nick answered questions ranging from his exercise routine to fans telling him that they love him, and also his diet routine. The questions were from various topics related to mental health and food along with the regular exercise tips. When it came to food, Walker was very candid and answered each question specifically.

There was one question where a fan asked him his favorite choice of meat. The fan wrote, ?What?s your usual pick between beef, turkey, or chicken?? Walker answered this question in detail and ranked the three choices of meat according to his preference. He wrote, ? Prob chicken first, beef then turkey.??

The youngest bodybuilder to become Mr. Olympia in 2021, loves chicken and has revealed this before in his YouTube videos as well. The IFBB pro had shared his diet preparation before 2023 Arnold classic end each meal of the day consisted of chicken as the main source of protein. ?The Mutant? is very particular about his meals during a competition but just like any other bodybuilder he also has cheat days.?

The champion bodybuilder said that cheat meals are not a very rare concept in the bodybuilding industry. Every bodybuilder tends to eat high-calorie food items during the off-season. However, the ?Mutant? makes sure to not eat junk food like pizza or burgers,and prefers a meal that still has a nutritional value and scrumptious flavor.

His cheat meal mainly consists of brown bread, Caesar salad, and a couple of appetizers like avocado rolls. While this might not sound luxurious, but his choice is still a satisfying break from the usual diet.?
