During an ‘Ask me anything’ on Reddit months ago, Arnold Schwarzenegger was asked once about his opinions on working out after alcohol consumption. “Are there bad consequences for working out or exercising after drinking alcohol?” inquired a fan in the comments on the post. Replying to this, Schwarzenegger stated, “I’m not a big drinker because I saw what it did to my dad and brother, so I can’t help you much. If you just mean a beer here and there or a glass of wine or a schnapps, I’ve done that and it didn’t throw off my training.”

“Milk is for babies. When you grow up you have to drink beer,” Arnold revealed during the movie after Arnie made the statement when his co-star questioned him, “You drink skim milk, don’t you?” A user asked about his comment further in the comments. “Didn’t you say you drink beer instead of milk in pumping iron?” Arnold Schwarzenegger disclosed that in his home city, he consumes Radler, which is a non-alcoholic drink instead of beer. He actually tries to avoid consuming alcohol mostly.
