Recently, Harding took to his Instagram and shared his latest progress in four jaw-dropping images. From his phenomenal back to his massive quads and wide shoulders, Harding exuded confidence and strength in every pose.

Accompanying the images was a candid caption, “I’m not going to say I’m happy with these pictures because there are definitely things that I’m not overly impressed with!” He acknowledged that while he is not completely satisfied with his current physique, he remains focused on his future goals. “This is my physique 16 days out from the first show of this competition run!” he said. He further revealed, “There is still some inflammation at the top of my legs, so we’ve actioned 3 low days over the weekend, then a slight increase of T3 mid-day!”

Despite the health concern, he is determined to bring his best to the show. He remained hopeful and mentioned, “Monday we will have an accurate representation of where we are 2 weeks out, so let’s continue!” With his relentless pursuit of excellence, Harding is poised to make a memorable debut on the pro stage. Even after he won his Pro card in 2022, contrary to his nature, IFBB Pro coach Greg Doucette posted a video praising Harding.

In a throwback video, Greg Doucette highlighted Harding’s dedication and his journey to earning an IFBB Pro card. He expressed admiration, stating, “He did not win this on his first prep… he quite literally had to win first place in his category and overall to turn pro, and so he truly earned it, truly deserves his IFBB Pro card.” Doucette stressed the importance of enjoying the journey and having fun in competition, regardless of the outcome.

He encouraged Harding to view his debut as a learning experience, saying, “He will learn so much from doing this show….we will know exactly what he needs to do to show up and improve his placing.” According to the 48-year-old coach, it’s an opportunity for him to learn and grow.
