Now, during his conversation with Extra, the Hollywood star couldn’t stop singing praises of Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Besides talking about being comfortable voicing Garfield, the actor opened up about his relationship with the bodybuilding legend. The 44-year-old had gathered a lot of experience in the industry even before marrying Arnie’s daughter Katherine Schwarzenegger. However, Pratt continues to learn new things from Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Pratt explained that Arnold Schwarzenegger has the experience of “raising kids in the spotlight.” Today Pratt finds himself in a similar position. Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have two daughters, and he often looks to Arnie for advice. “It’s been a real blessing to have someone that I can turn to and ask questions,” said Pratt.

“It’s really great to have the wisdom of his experience,“ revealed the actor, explaining that sometimes even his bother or the cousins he grew up with “might not be able to relate with certain things,“ but Arnold Schwarzenegger had no issues with it. But Arnie does a lot more for Pratt than just giving him life advice.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was more than just a great action hero in his prime. He also knew how to sell his projects and cleverly market them. Arnie has advised Pratt to always take the conversation back to the film he is promoting. The 44-year-old actor acknowledged that no one could sell a film like the Austrian Oak.

“He’s got a really great point of view, and it has definitely enriched my life,“ said Arnie’s son-in-law while talking to Extra’s Melvin Robert. The 76-year-old has also praised his son-in-law in the past.

However, the Parks and Recreation actor has admitted to never beating Arnie in Chess. Yet, the bodybuilding legend has said, “I think he’s extraordinary,” while speaking on Pratt’s skill on the chess board.
