Chris Hemsworth’s fitness program has been picked by a lot of significant people in the bodybuilding world and they have called it useless. However, as the Exercise Scientist says it is an A or A- effort on their part. He says, “I think the MVP of this video well there’s two of them. There’s Mr. Zachi and there’s Mr. Bob. They are the two trainers of the program. He also adds that even though there was no mention of back or hamstring exercises, he believes it was an excellent technique of demonstration. Cutting them some slack, he adds, “I think if you know who knows I’m cutting them by the benefit of the doubt. There are other workouts to catch that sh*t.”
