The Australian has also made sleep health another priority.?Dr. Attia told Men’s Health?that during sleep, the brain is?“cleaning house.”?Since Alzheimer’s affects the brain, getting proper sleep is a must for the actor. The actor also uses the popular recovery method of spending around 20 minutes in the sauna. According to research, 180 degrees Fahrenheit or hotter can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s by 65%. However, not all his methods are conventional.

A mix of conventional and unconventional measures

Functional fitness, sleep health, and recovery methods like sauna are popular practices. However, the 40-year-old actor is paying attention to things often overlooked by many. Monitoring his hearing is one. Chris Hemsworth monitors his healing health because, according to Men’s Health, hearing loss can make the brain wither.
