Chris Bumstead, the bodybuilder who is dominating the Classic Physique division, has achieved unmatched success. This year, however, has been one of the best for CBum, as he became the father of a baby girl last month and also opened his new gym. The grand opening of his gym was a huge success, and stars from both the bodybuilding and fitness industries joined the event.

The five-time Mr. Olympia winner posted a carousel of pictures on his Instagram, providing glimpses into the gym’s launch. Bumstead also wrote a heartfelt message for his fans.

You attract what you put out into the world,” wrote the five-time champion, talking about his life so far. In the pictures, one could see how CBum greeted his fans and took pictures with them. The bodybuilder even signed their gym belts and shirts. He continued, “Life has shown me the truth in this time and time again and this weekend was no exception.” The Classic Physique icon showcased his gratitude to his fans, writing, “I’m so grateful for the awesome community we’ve built around Raw.” “Massive thank you to everyone who came out.”

The event was a huge success and would have drained CBum’s energy completely. But the presence of Rambod didn’t give Bumstead time to rest, and he had a grueling arms day later.

After the event, the Pro Creator, Bumstead, Ian Valliere, and Laid headed back to Bumstead’s home gym. There they started their arms day workout with the easy bar biceps curls with some heavy weights. Then they moved to Rambod’s favorite exercise, the reversed incline bicep curls, where the coach made them do the partial reps. This technique increases the time under tension, giving better results.

After two heavy exercises, the reigning champion’s bicep pump was on the next level. Then the trio did the preacher bicep curls, and the 49-year-old coach fixed Valliere’s form. They then did a few sets of tricep exercises, starting with the tricep pushdowns on the cable machine. The bodybuilders also hit a few reps on the tricep pushdown machine.

You can always take notes from the Pro Creator’s exercises and might want to try them in the gym. With that being said, as a fan of the five-time Mr. Olympia, were you there to support him? Let us know in the comments.
