Chris Bumstead has always been at the top of the chart since his very first Mr. Olympia win. Although only 29 years old now, the bodybuilder has acquired 5 Mr. Olympia titles to his name. While people might think that many of these winning bodybuilders have strict lifestyles, the fact of the matter is that they do find happiness through little things in life. CBum revealed one such thing that made him extremely happy.
Sharing a video clip from his and Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique champion Ryan Terry’s training together. While both the bodybuilders share the same prestigious title CBum took to teasing Terry with the Mr. Olympia name, only to find out he actually appreciated being called that. As CBum continued to share his thoughts on being called the Mr. Olympia, fans were treated to a moment of reminiscence.

In the short video, it was seen that Ryan Terry meticulously explained that he plans to do three working sets of an exercise and then move on to triple-drop them in the end. Upon saying these, Bumstead sharply remarked with a smile, “Tell me, Mr Olympia.” As soon as CBum said it, he received an instant reaction from Ryan Terry.
Terry exclaimed that he loved getting called Mr. Olympia. He asked, “I love that, say again, say again.” This is when Bumstead revealed how much he loved it when people started calling him ‘Champ’ when he first won Mr. Olympia. He reflected, “How do you like being called, people call you champ now, sometimes. That was my favorite thing I ever heard. When someone says like what’s up champ, I was like oh sh*t, hell yeah.”

In a conversation with his former coach and brother-in-law, Iain Valliere, Bumstead had revealed how much he likes Terry’s abs. Bumstead revealed how he likes to do hanging leg raises and knee raises because it might tone his abs more. He stated, “Ryan Terry told me that his best ab exercise is hanging leg raises and knee raises, So all I do is hanging leg raises and knee raises. Maybe my abs will look like Ryan Terry – that’s how it works.”
The bodybuilder had further talked about how doing exercises was fine but it often calls for a tough challenge while doing bodyweights. Iain Valliere had then pointed out, “I thought my ab strength was good… now I’m trying to do bodyweight, it’s like impossible.”
