Every individual has a different mindset, and it cannot match everyone else’s all the time. But this is no reason to call them out publicly. However, a young fitness enthusiast did just that, catching the eye of Joey Swoll, the CEO of Gym Positivity. The CEO always monitors events like these to make the fitness realm a better place.

This time Swoll is highlighting the issue of using StairMaster in men. Even the reel was captioned, “A grown man has no business being on a stair master,” by the young fitness enthusiast. The CEO was shocked by the young guy and said, “I’m sorry. Who are you to judge or tell anyone what they can or can’t use in the gym?”

The fitness influencer highlighted that the StairMaster was developed by three men in 1983. He also mentioned that StairMaster “is for EVERYONE,” regardless of your gender, “because it is great exercise.” The StairMaster is an excellent exercise that helps you burn extra calories. It targets almost every muscle in your legs and, along with these benefits, is also good for stability and balance.

I know a lot of the best bodybuilders in the world that swear by the Stairmaster,” says the CEO of Gym Positivity. Swoll continued, “But here’s my question to you: in the United States, a little over 95% of all firefighters are met. So you got to tell hundreds of thousands of these brave men that they have no business being on a Stairmaster.”

The CEO of Gym Positivity mentioned that firefighters are the ones keeping us safe, and the StairMaster is an essential part of their training. They need to do the footwork and climb many buildings, so the StairMaster helps them build balance and increase their stability. Swoll also gave some advice to the young kid.

My advice is pick your little bag and worry about yourself. You need to do better. Mind your own business,” concluded the CEO of gym positivity. This is not the first time that the fitness influencer has put an end to online mockery. Earlier, he called out 2.7 million people for making fun of a disabled boy online.

Swoll: Putting an end to online mockery

In the video, the boy’s classmate made fun of him by imitating his form in the gym while performing squats. His classmates extensively bullied him on social media, and the video went viral with 2.7 million views. This hurtful action was a form of bullying the boy for trying to blend in with others.

They even bullied those who tried to help the boy. But the CEO got to know about this matter, and he took the lead. He’s not afraid of them and fearlessly said, “I’ll probably get attacked for making this video. That’s fine. Bring it, but somebody needs to stand up for this kid, and that someone is me.

The CEO of Gym Positivity is always standing up to major issues and taking their side. Just like he did for the StairMaster and the online mockery case. No matter the situation, Swoll is here to help everyone.
