Thus, with another lap around the sun, the star athlete turns 76 today, and his eldest son has taken the liberty of wishing his father on the heartwarming occasion. 

Patrick Schwarzenegger took to his social media and posted a fascinating, never-seen-before picture of Arnold. The mesmerizing photo was topped with a sweet note for his father.

The 29-year-old actor seized the opportunity to leave a warm birthday note for his 76-year-old father on Instagram, hours after the clock struck 12. He shared a beautiful picture of Arnold sitting on a rock surrounded by lush green forest and nature. The most special feature of the photo was the wonderful creatures surrounding him. “Happy birthday @schwarzenegger,” Patrick wrote in the story.

While Arnie posed with a slight grin on his face, he was photobombed by a reindeer, a wolf, an otter, a bunny, and a fox. Donning a subtle green buttoned-up shirt with blue jeans and obviously boots, the click came off as mesmerizing. And quite sweetly, his son chose to share that photo itself, to celebrate Arnie’s birthday.

The special effort is only the beginning of the Austrian Oak’s grand day, as his other four kids shall take their efforts to make their star dad’s day worthwhile. It is also a notable day for the bodybuilding sphere, as Arnie had significant contributions to growing the sport to recognition. Quite surprisingly, Arnie missed birthday celebrations with the family last year. 

How Arnold Schwarzenegger celebrated his 75th birthday

According to his newsletter issue, which came once out around his 75th birthday, Arnie revealed why he skipped his birthday with his friends and family. He revealed he was mid-shoot of his newly-released Netflix series, FUBAR when he turned 75. Thus, entangled in hectic work timings, the star was unable to make time for the special occasion. 

“I am shooting almost every day for 12 hours a day. And I am having a great time with a fantastic cast and crew. But I don’t have time for almost anything else,” Arnie stated in his newsletter. Moreover, even his family was concerned about his well-being, given his declining age. Yet, work brings more joy to the athlete than celebrating his existence.
