During the interview, Smith compared Schwarzenegger’s life to a movie. “When you look at the movie of your life, is there a scene that you’d want to reshoot, delete, do over?” asked the Here Comes the Sun host. Schwarzenegger immediately responded that he wished to undo the mistakes he had made. The host asked which mistakes Arnie would want to undo.

However, the seven-time Mr. Olympia said that there are so many that they don’t have enough time to talk about all of them. So instead of going into the details, Arnie said, “Talking about hypothetical things is a waste.” While life might seem like a movie, reality doesn’t give anyone a second take, and “we can’t go back and redo those,” said Arnie.

Hence, the bodybuilding legend said that it’s important to learn from the mistakes we make. While the bodybuilding champion believes we learn from our victories, “we also learn from our defeats and from our mistakes.” However, one mistake still haunts Arnold Schwarzenegger more than any other.
