The weight loss journey is a rather long process that comes slowly and steadily with months of consistency and perseverance. No shortcuts can ever replace hard work, and if you’re getting results in a short period, it means you’re going to have to pay a price for it. The recent incident that occurred while the YouTuber, Tom Morley, tried to embark on a weight loss journey is a testament to the fact.

Tom Morley decided to run 5 km per day for 30 days straight and record the results. There is no denying the fact that it did bring about huge positive impacts for him and was also very rewarding at the same time. He lost a significant amount of weight, and could also run faster, but the cost he had to pay for it was simply not worth it.

I’ve not run since, uh early last summer.” He also got a four-minute and 58 seconds decrease to his overall 5k time. However, with the progression of the video, there was a turn of events that changed everything.

He said, “Now I am really happy with the progress and you know with how things were going. We were looking on to get some pretty decent results by the end of this.
