The G.O.A.T of bodybuilding never restrained himself from lifting heavy weights at the gym to build a mass avatar. Despite building an unparalleled physique, Coleman’s heavy duties cost him his mobility. In 1996, while squatting 600 lbs, he herniated his disc and decided to fix it after retirement. However, after a series of surgeries, the King was declared crippled by doctors. But the King of bodybuilding never cursed his training regime for having to use a wheelchair.

Coleman’s fans know his 725 lbs deadlift, over-a-ton leg press, and 800 lbs squat. But as he recently shared a throwback clip from his training days, onlookers were spellbound. The 8x Mr. Olympia was seen dumbbell bench pressing massive weights. Repeating his famous workout words, he captioned his post, “Nothin’ But LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!

Even longtime fans were stunned to witness the bodybuilding legend’s strength and couldn’t refrain from commenting on the post.

Ronnie Coleman once lifted mind-numbing weights as if it were child’s play. His throwback video proves his strength as he pressed massive dumbbells without the spotter’s help. Reacting to the unbelievable power of the King, a fan wrote, “I can’t believe it’s a brutality well he said it himself: Many want to be bodybuilders but they don’t want to lift a lot of weight.

Even the 1983 Mr. Olympia couldn’t resist commenting. Samir Bannout wrote in appreciation, “Only handful of champions ever train like that… mostly pretenders out there!!

Bro’s benching the twin towers,” declared an ardent Coleman fan. “A human machine,” gasped another in disbelief. “Everything be lightweight for this man,” complained a user.
