Hany Rambod holds unparalleled recognition in the bodybuilding arena because of his abundance of knowledge about fitness and wellness. The Pro creator has a history of preparing Olympia-winning physiques – be it 2023 Mr. Olympia, Derek Lunsford, or the Classic Physique winner, Chris Bumstead. 

Other than this, the bodybuilding coach has always guided aspiring bodybuilders to attain their fitness goals through his social media as well. In a recent Q&A session, Rambod answered the questions of his followers. The most exciting question he picked was about how cardio can affect gains.

Bodybuilding coach Hany Rambod opens up on cardio

In a video uploaded on Rambod’s YouTube channel, the bodybuilding coach shared his knowledge about how overdoing cardio can affect the body’s gains. On being asked about cardio destroying muscle building, he answered, “Absolutely so if you guys overdo cardio if you’re undereating, overtraining, and overdoing cardio from any aspect of your preparation while getting ready for show it can eat you up” According to the coach, overdoing the cardio can have a detrimental effect on one’s gains. 

Furthermore, advising how one should do cardio, Rambod said that one should always start with 20 to 30 minutes of cardio work and this doesn’t have to be fast. The coach also suggested setting a maximum time limit of 30 to 45 minutes for daily cardio. However, if someone was out of shape, then Rambo recommended cardio for up to one hour, twice a day.  

This is not the first time that Rambod has cleared questions about fitness journeys. However, the other day. Rambod had answered a very crucial question.

In a recent video uploaded by American author and magazine editor, Frank Sepe, Hany Rambod shared his experience about coaching and training abilities. Soon after an amusing conversation between the two, the Author encouraged the coach to share opinions about What does it take to be a champion?

Answering the question, Rambod said, “The genetics are important, but what is even more important is the mental fortitude to be able to go above and beyond and not be playing a victim.” Rambod also explained that there is always a way to be the best, while also imploring fitness enthusiasts to be around positive people while staying away from negativity.
