It would be hard to imagine that the former IFBB pro and the first man to win the Arnold Classic was criticized for his genetics or conditioning. Rich Gaspari, who made history in 1989 and was later given the Arnold Classic Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013, worked very hard to get where he was. The bodybuilding pro works out even now, and age is just a number for him.

The pro recently shared an Instagram picture revealing his jacked physique, and how he started the trend of remaining ?skinless? and muscular. The superior conditioning of the IFBB pro was exceptional and flawless. Gaspari shared the photo with a simple caption of how he maintained his conditioning.

The post showed the 60-year-old in his youth and he posed for the cameras on stage with a big smile on his face. His herculean and huge physique was perfect and beyond any criticism. Rich wrote in the captions about how he was known for conditioning,??Conditioning was what I was known for in my competition days.?

Rich further demonstrated, how his body was almost ?skinless,? and showed every muscle group. Rich said, ?Here you see how I came in almost skinless in shows and still maintaining size. Overall, it changed the sport to make all competitors come in ripped condition.?

The post that resurfaced on Instagram previously showed the 60-year-old?s impressive biceps with muscle striations from his prime days. Thus, showcasing the iconic conditioning, he had in the past. But the caption was telling a different narrative.

The American pro revealed that his conditioning was perfect during his prime days. This catapulted him to the top of bodybuilding history. ?What brought me to the forefront in bodybuilding was I set a standard in bodybuilding no one before ever did in conditioning,?

‘The Dragonslayer’ was told that he did not have the genetics to beat others. But he proved everyone wrong with his hard work and dedication.
