The Canadian professional bodybuilder, Antoine Vaillant, recently took to his official Instagram account, and while sharing a video of himself performing calf raises, he took the initiative to share a good regime with his followers. He was seen doing the calf raises and standing on the abs machine.
Explaining the entire routine in the caption, Vaillant wrote, “Try this @mountaindog1 calf training technique: 10 reps. The 10th rep holds at the top for 10 seconds. 10 more reps. The 20th rep holds 10 seconds. 10 more reps. 30th rep hold for the final 10 seconds! Repeat three times with 1-2 minutes or rest in between. Crazy burn and calf pump guaranteed lol.”

Giving a touch of humor and focusing on the fact that he put in very little time on his holds, the Canadian added, “Notice I count to 10 very fast during the holds 😂 didn’t do these in awhile!”
