Johnson has spent more than $4 million creating a life extension system called Blueprint. In the system, he outsources every piece of information on his health from a team of expert doctors, who use his biological data to create a customized fitness system and strict health regimen to reduce what Johnson calls his biological age. This system is pretty meticulous and includes having 111 pills every day, wearing a cap that shoots a red light on his scalp, and many more odd things.

Johnson even thinks that the tiniest act, like eating a cookie, increases aging. He also thinks that not sleeping eight hours a day is an act of?”violence to the body.”?According to Time magazine’s article, he narrated,??Most people assume death is inevitable. We’re just basically trying to prolong the time we have before we die.”?He added,??I don’t think there’s been any time in history where Homo sapiens could say with a straight face that death may not be inevitable.?

Medical experts disagree entirely with his method.??Death is not optional; it?s written into our genes,??says Dr. Pinchas Cohen, dean of the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California. The experiment has??proven a competent system is better at managing me than a human can,??Johnson says, an invention that he says is??reframing what it means to be human.??Johnson proudly declared??I?m in the top 1% of ideal muscle fat. It?s what my body has asked for.”

Dr. Nir Barzilai, the director of the Institute for Aging Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, saw Johnson in May at the annual meeting of the Academy for Health and Lifespan Research. According to the doctor,??he looked sick. He was pale. I don?t know what he did with his face.”?The doctor also added that he was shocked by Johnson?s lack of fat, which plays an important role in the body. He also said,??All these MDs, we all kind of agreed that he didn?t look so great.??Even after this verdict by others, Johnson does not seem to stop in his venture to become immortal and even controls his driving because of that.
