Karson Grainger is a 21-year-old bodybuilding enthusiast who is known for his bizarre neck training. He is at times seen mixing his neck workout with his legs. Somedays, it is a culmination of arms and neck for him. Grainger believes in having a muscular neck in the perfect shape and form, just like any other part of the body that we train on a regular basis.

In one of his recent videos on his Instagram wall, Karson is seen posting a snippet of him performing his neck workout. He sits on a neck extension machine and uses 100 lbs and makes 10 reps of neck extension.

In the video, he further adds, “One day, I’ll get to 150 lbs for 10 reps.” Karson says that if you can work out consistently and in proper form and shape, doing neck workouts will only benefit you. Grainger’s neck workout has actually raised a huge debate in the fitness world about whether doing neck workouts is the right thing or not. There have been several accusations made for having done neck extensions.
How does Karson defend neck workouts?
A lot of people have questioned him about catching sleep apnea due to his intense neck workouts, but he clarifies that he gets the perfect amount of sleep even after he has done his workout. He says, “It is much harder to get sleep apnea from training neck than people realize. Most of the time, people get sleep apnea from having a fatter neck rather than having an overly muscular neck” His fans are absolutely crazy about his overtly perfect neck. Karson is pretty much stern about the fact that neck workouts do more good than bad.

Karson’s fans, however, are absolutely crazy about his properly built neck. One of his fans recently commented in a video, “Bros Having Godzilla neck.”
