Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has been deeply linked with the fitness industry for a long time now. What separates him from the herd is his ‘never quit’ mentality. His commitment to training and his habit of never missing a workout session says a lot about his work ethic.

Regardless of his busy schedule, hectic film shoots, and frequent traveling, ‘The Rock’ ensures to stay as consistent with his training as possible. Quite recently, he made a dramatic entrance at an Equinox gym based in Florida only moments after he landed at the Florida airport.

According to Page Six, Johnson wasted almost no time after landing at the Florida Airport as he headed straight to Equinox Gym. The gym was about to close in the next 30 minutes when ‘The Rock’ arrived there with two people from his team. The unexpected arrival of the ‘Fast and Furious’ star stunned the authorities at the gym.

One of the people from the staff hesitatingly said, “But he’s so big,” before asking Johnson to check in. To this, ‘Dwayne calmly apologized and explained that he was coming directly from a long flight and “really had to get a good workout.”

Johnson went out of his comfort zone walking into Equinox gym as he prefers to train alone in his home gym. He revealed during an episode of The Late Show with James Corden that even while traveling; he carries his own gym so that he can get that early morning pump no matter what.

Dwayne Johnson disclosed during the episode that to eliminate the excuses, he carries his own gym to wherever he travels to as “training in public gyms just became too much of a crazy zoo” for Johnson. 

Continuing further, Johnson opened up, “There are like multiple 18 wheelers, its a big deal big crew that brings it up…They work their a**es off and set it up, but again for me it becomes my anchor. So I’m up at 4 o’clock in the morning or 5 before I go into work.”
