Chris Bumstead, the five-time Sandow Trophy winner, recently became a father and is also preparing for his sixth Mr. Olympia. The five-time Mr. Olympia recently took to his Instagram and posted a carousel with each image portraying a different story. The first image showcased some moments of the classic physique champion in the gym as he trains for his upcoming Olympia. Bumstead is giving all his might for his sixth Olympia, knowing that there will be two more eyes witnessing the victory of everyone’s favorite bodybuilder.

CBum had a blasting shoulder day at his new gym, and the next image was with baby Bum. Both are lying down on the couch and seeing each other. There was one more image of Baby Bum in the carousel, in which the five-time Mr. Olympia lifted her on his shoulders. With reference to this image, Bumstead wrote a wholesome caption.

Being a bodybuilder pretty much consists of lifting 150lbs dumbbells and then breaking your shoulder from holding an 8lbs baby for too long…” captioned the five-time Sandow Champion. The post got the attention of the dad club in the bodybuilding realm. The current Mr. Olympia Derek Lunsford and the Arnold Classic Champion Wesley Vissers. Both the bodybuilders commented on the post.

Divided by divisions, united by fatherhood

The former 212 Mr. Olympia Champion also became a father this year before Bumstead, and both bodybuilders have baby girls. Lunsford is a dad before the king of the classic physique, so he can relate to him. He responded to the caption Bumstead wrote and said, “Facts.” Not only Lunsdord is a dad, but the upcoming competitor of Bumstead Vissers is also a dad, and he also shared his views.
