7X Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger is the pinnacle of good health and well-being. Despite being at the tough age of 76 years old, Schwarzenegger manages to train regularly and maintain an active lifestyle. While the bodybuilding legend did face a fair number of health troubles as well, he did not let the adversities get the better of him. 

Schwarzenegger took it upon himself to guide his fans and viewers about the benefits of exercise and a good diet. Sharing his years of knowledge and experience with the viewers, Schwarzenegger came up with ‘Arnold’s Pump Club,’ which is a daily newsletter. In the most recent edition of this newsletter, Schwarzenegger educated the audience about the importance of an active lifestyle and provided interesting research to support his argument.

While most people accept a sedimentary lifestyle as they start growing older, Arnold Schwarzenegger has a different approach to life. Despite his retirement from the sport decades ago, Arnold still regularly trains and does his cardio to maintain his heart health. Writing in the newsletter, Arnold revealed, “Research suggests taking the stairs just three times per day is enough to improve cardiovascular health.”

Adding to this, Schwarzenegger also listed a cognitive benefit to taking the stairs. “People who climb a few flights of stairs daily have healthier brains. Climbing three flights of stairs per day was associated with brains that looked 1.5 years younger than those who didn’t climb stairs,” he wrote.

Schwarzenegger actively posts content for his fans and educates them using his social media posts as well as his newsletter. Having enough knowledge and experience in the field, Schwarzenegger believes there are too many frauds in the fitness industry these days who feed people lies to fill up their pockets.

Schwarzenegger has been open about the frauds and scams being carried out these days on the internet previously as well. He believes that people are often made to set false expectations to get them to sign up for a coaching plan. He believes in keeping things simple. In his recent Instagram post, he urged the viewers to join his ‘village’ for genuine information regarding fitness and wellbeing. 

He wrote, “People make fitness complicated, because then you have to pay them to decode it. The truth is doing something every day matters more than any debate about training. Join our village (we make it uncomplicated, positive, and free with our daily email.) Link in my bio.”
