In the video, Maria Shriver is seen asking Patrick Schwarzenegger, “The greatest things you can do for your brain health?” To that, he states the solution of working out. Shriver adding to it states, that any kind of movement is effectively responsible for good mental health. She then goes on to add how much she loves to walk, but there is no one to accompany her.
