Bodybuilding World Hails Frank Zane’s “Old School Aesthetic” Showing Off ‘The Most Popular Pose’

Frank Zane revolutionized the bodybuilding arena during the late 1970s with his sculpted physique. With him on stage, the bodybuilding community’s outlook shifted to aesthetically pleasing figures. Zane’s physique is all about proportions with a narrow waistline, appealing deltoids, and distinct muscle striations.  Hence, modern bodybuilders call him the father of aesthetics.

Flaunting his physique from his prime, 3x Mr. Olympia champion has again left the fitness community in awe. The 80-year-old is not new to Instagram where he often shares his knowledge about the sport he mastered. In a recent post, the aesthetic god preaches a bodybuilding success mantra to his followers.

‘The Chemist’ often shares his glory from the past while giving details about bodybuilding techniques on his social media handle. One such post of Zane has recently captivated his fans as they celebrated his Greek god-like physique.

Zane shared a picture of him flaunting his double biceps showing his back. “The Double Biceps Pose” is written on the photo of young Zane. He captioned the post, “The double biceps pose is the most popular pose in bodybuilding competition because it is meant to show balance and complete development. Mastering it is fundamental to success.”

Signifying the pose’s importance, Zane stresses mastering it for succeeding in a bodybuilding career. His advice is often taken as gospel by rookie bodybuilders who aspire to mimic his physique at least once in a lifetime. And the fans were all praises for Zane’s demigod physique in the comment section.
