David Getz, in his fifties, has less than 10% body fat. Although it might seem like that he does not eat much to maintain that figure, it is wrong.  He announced that staying lean is not about sacrificing food; instead, it is about discipline.

What David Getz eats in a day?

In his latest Instagram post, Getz shared what he eats throughout the day. He begins his breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, where he eats an egg white omelet and oats with Greek yogurt. Then, almost an hour and a half later, he treats himself to a snack: a skinny salted dark chocolate latte. He finishes his lunch by 1 p.m., where he has a cajun prawn wrap and an apple with zero-calorie syrup and cinnamon.

Getz follows this with another Skinny Latte as his snack, and then for dinner at 6 PM, he eats a Mexican Taco Bowl. He also gets himself another snack two hours later: Boom Chika Pop popcorn with dill. He finishes his day with protein ice cream at 9 p.m. The bodybuilder wrote in his caption, “Staying lean year-round doesn’t mean sacrificing all the food you love.⁣ You can maintain your physique year-round with a little discipline and planning.”

Looking at his eating habits and pondering over the fact that his age and body fat level do not seem very natural, many fans started showing their doubts.
