However, the creator’s most recent video a wholesome interaction between two gymgoers.
Self-proclaimed “gym addict” Sereine Larex uploaded a video of what happened while filming her workout. The fitness enthusiast kept the camera running between sets when a stranger stepped in front of the phone and started flexing. She noticed someone was hitting some bodybuilding poses in front of her phone. However, she didn’t get angry.
While the videos that often make it to Joey Swoll’s page contain angry outbursts, accusations, and more, this one was different. The man in the video thought it was his friend’s phone and turned to apologize to Larex the moment he realized his mistake. However, Larex laughed and said she had no issue with the man. The fitness influencer praised Larex in his clip.

“I absolutely love this video,” said the CEO of Gym Positivity. “She doesn’t throw a tantrum. She doesn’t act entitled. As if just because she’s filming, she owns the gym. Instead, she’s kind, she laughs,” says the Swoll. “This is the type of gym culture that we need,” said the bodybuilding influencer, even predicting that Larex and that man became friends.
Sereine Larex discovered that she had been featured in a Joey Swoll video for the right reason and thanked him. She also thanked the thousands of bodybuilding and fitness enthusiasts who praised her in the comments. Larex also confirmed what Swoll predicted saying, “Yes we are gym buddies now.” Looking at the wholesome interaction, Swoll’s fans were extremely delighted.
Fitness fans demand more
“More of these! The gym universe needs balance,” one fan requested The CEO of Gym Positivity. “Finally! I see a wholesome interaction,” commented another fan who sounded like he had started to lose faith in people being nice to one another. “Protect him at all costs,” said one fan about the bodybuilding enthusiast who apologized for his honest mistake.

“Those are two normal humans, take notes people,” commented one fan, who has probably seen too many videos of people being rude to one another in the gym. Another fitness enthusiast even said that what Sereine Larex did was a sign she isn’t insecure like many other fitness influencers. “People who get mad at that have deep-rooted insecurity issues,” they commented.
The bodybuilding coach doesn’t come across such clips often in his crusade to make public gyms a safe space for everyone. Hence, he and the fitness community appreciated the wholesome interaction.
