The 91-year-old bodybuilder has broken all barriers and tried various methods to his fitness shocked netizens.

Granny Guns who is 67 years old and a powerlifter at this age, had the privilege of meeting Jim recently. She posted a heartfelt post on Instagram regarding the whole incident.

The Instagram post was a carousel of photos of the two most powerful and oldest bodybuilders and they looked elated to meet each other. The three photos were of them posing with their biceps flexed and smiling ear to ear.

Granny Guns wrote a big caption for Arrington that said, “Granny meets 91-year-old Jim Arrington, the world’s oldest bodybuilder.? She was also excited because they both met at the Mecca of bodybuilding and she said, ?I got a chance to meet and interview Jim at Golds Gym and he inspires me.?

Flowers who is also the Oldest Sponsored Athlete in the US wrote about Jim?s incredible feats. She said, ?Jim is 91 and just competed in the master?s division making him the world’s oldest bodybuilder. This is why I love the fitness community.? Flowers encouraged the fitness community and wrote about its limitless power and wrote, ?People are constantly pushing their limits and proving they can do it. Regardless of your age, background, or gender, you can do it too if the mind is willing.? The 91-year-old bodybuilder has inspired many others like him and even younger to get fit.

Jim Arrington?s secret to being fit

The?oldest bodybuilder in the world has tried all the different approaches to fitness. He believes that there is no other way of staying fit other than evolving one’s training with time. There is no fixed answer to the mantra. He said, ?What works for a person at one time in their life isn?t the same. And that?s the whole thing about bodybuilding: it?s adaption.?

The man was born prematurely and battled all the health conditions that come with it. Even then Arrington never gave up and he drifted towards the world of fitness in the late 1940s. since then he has been going to the gym regularly and has remained fit for such a long time.
