When it comes to the world of Bodybuilding, there are certain legends that have left behind an unforgettable mark for future athletes. Having reigned the realms of the sport for a significantly long time the 7x Mr. Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger and the 8x Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman are two such iconic figures in the fitness community. 

In one of his recent videos on YouTube, where the bodybuilding icon and online fitness influencer, Mike O’Hearn is seen doing a Q&A video with his fans, he stumbles across a question to choose among the two legends. Although the pair is incomparable, it looks like the Titan has a clear preference.

Mike O’Hearn chooses in a heartbeat

In the latest Q&A video posted a few hours ago on the official YouTube page of Mike O’Hearn, a fan expressed his intrigue and asked the bodybuilder who his favorite athlete is among Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman. Without even blinking his eyes, O’Hearn chose Arnold Schwarzenegger. He stated, “Arnold all the way around for everything“. Mike O’Hearn has always been very fond of the Terminator and has seen him as an idol.

In one of his interviews, recalling his initial days of moving to California to become a bodybuilder being discovered by Joe Weider, he said, “When I moved to California, I used to have Arnold pictures throughout the whole front of my pickup truck just to motivate me to go to the gym every day and in everyday life.” He has a deep admiration for the legend and looks up to him even today. He further adds, “I’ve been able to work with Arnold and travel with him to give lectures to demonstrate exercises while he was talking about it. It’s great to say that I’ve gotten to work with him and spend time with him.“

Training for terminator’s arms with O’Hearn

In a video uploaded by Mike O’Hearn on 11th August 2022, The Terminator’s son trains with the Titan for a hardcore sleeve-busting workout to build arms like his father. Baena is a carbon copy of Arnold, and he and O’Hearn seem to have a great bond. In the video, both were enjoying working out together, in a conventional way, with a modern twist. In the video, O’Hearn is also seen saying to Baena, “You don’t start counting [reps] until you’re really feeling the burn. When you get that burn, that’s when you really feel growth.”

Once talking about the character of Austrian Oak, the Titan says, “He’s such a great guy and as cool as you think he is. So he’s motivated me throughout my whole life.” Their bond has only grown over the years. So much so that Schwarzenegger’s son also went into training with O’Hearn to build Terminator’s arms! Their bond is a true testament of what friendship truly is and it has now been over 3 decades that they have been buddies!
