Bodybuilding icon and American powerlifter, Larry Wheels is best known for his competing roles in Strongman and arm wrestling. He had previously grabbed attention for his choice to depart from steroids and start TRT or testosterone replacement therapy. Fans expressed their surprise at that move and Wheels shocked them yet again as fans were treated to a unique workout video from Wheels.
Fans saw Larry lifting weights in his new Instagram video, and he seemed in solid condition. But his technique led to an upheaval in the fitness world as they criticized the American.

We saw Wheels bench pressing 150 lbs, and his biceps were popping with the strain. Wheels wrote, ?150?25! Changing the rep from 1-5 reps to now 8-25 has helped me develop fullness in my chest. According to him, changing his reps to 8-25 has helped in developing his chest muscles. Since losing the steroid gained weight, he has become slimmer and is gaining muscles through exercising. Larry not only quit taking PEDs, but challenged himself to weightlift without them.?
As Larry embarked on his new journey without PEDs, he chronicles it for his fans on social media. It seems like he is succeeding in his training as well. The latest video is a part of that journey, but fans are confused. The fitness world is divided, on the technique he used to initiate the exercise, and weren’t satisfied with his workout method.

To this, a fan replied, ?@piotr_gymaholic you can’t be serious,? and the person cleared the fact that the technique was wrong, saying, ?See what a full range of motion looks like and come back. I’m not saying he doesn’t have the strength, but the technique Larry does is just easier. That’s all.?
One fan also questioned, ?Aren’t you supposed to go full range of motion??
