He said, “But doing things that scare you builds confidence in every aspect of your life, not just the thing that scares you,” said Cbum thoughtfully. He further elaborates, “If you’re someone nervous, pick something small that scares you and do it consistently. Pick something else. Keep doing keep doing it. You’re gonna build confidence. Baring his soul, the athlete said, “She’s like, are you like okay?…… And I just started bawling. And I had no idea. I didn’t know I was that stressed out. I just was like numb, and I just started bawling like hitting the floor. I was just sobbing. I was like I just feel like the world’s crashing .”

The pressure of winning, his health condition, and his recent move to Florida had weighed heavy upon Cbum. Furthermore, he reached out to the men who feel burdened but are reluctant to show their emotions. As they think society might penalize them for their weakness. Cbum further added, “Men who feel like they have to provide and like the world is on their shoulders, …….. their wife and their family, want to help them…”
