Rich Gaspari is dedicated to working out even while traveling

As per a previous post on Instagram, the American pro revealed the fact that he never takes any time off from workouts or training in the gym, even when he is traveling. Gaspari shared a video of his intense upper body workout at the Gold?s Gym in Milan, Italy.

The caption for motivation stated, ?Hitting back at the @goldsgymitaly Milan. I had a grueling 2 weeks of traveling 3 Time zones with days with lack of sleep but I always make sure I hit the gym in my travels. Going around the World with Sheru. Meeting many customers and fans.??
